Workout Wednesday: Barre & Toning Training
Hope everyone is continuing to stay safe and well as we continue to do some modicum of staying inside! I have gone out minimally with my mask on for quick walks to break up the online videos for cardio and yoga that I posted previously. I have been in weight loss mode since last April and have finally seen some great results and have added toning classes to my rotation of workouts!
