Workout Wednesday- Online Yoga Classes
With everyone continuing to stay inside for safety and wellness, here are a few suggestions for yoga classes that I have added to my rotation! In just two months, I have done yoga two times a week & noticed a small amount of flexibility coming back slowly from my old dance school days! Not all yoga is quiet and relaxing although I have a few suggestions for that but also some great power yoga or vinyasa style classes to get the blood flowing and get some of that stretch back! I was by far not a yoga expert as I started back up consistently and all have great modifications for any level which is inviting & encouraging!
