Workout Wednesday: Online Cardio Options

With everything going on and outdoor or gym workouts not in the cards, here are a few options I use to keep the exercise flowing from home via online!

I have been actually a member for the Crunch Live online tool on /off since 2016! Some of my best times were attending the Astor Place gym for all the dance and strength classes! When I moved away from NYC, I was searching for that same great feel at local gyms but wasn’t quite finding it so when I read about the online tool I was very excited! My place right now isn’t too spacious for all of the dance classes but the HIIT classes, KickBox and Low Inpact ones work well! I have been in weight loss mode for last few years and developed plantar fasciitis in both feet (now doing better but took time & trial/error to find right videos to do) due to the weight gain so I needed to address this by doing modifications in movement which are provided in each video as well as using a yoga mat to minimize pressure /friction on my feet and using special insoles as well!
By doing all that combined with my nutrition meal plan, I have been able to lose a significant portion of my weight and definitely feeling much better in a gradual, healthy process (always check with your Doctor before starting any exercise or nutritional plan).

Another option I have been trying out for variety via YouTube for free is the PopSugar Channel! A few videos I have tried out thus far: 30 Min Standing Cardio workout & 30 Min Tabata workout.

Finally, I have been following Ebonny Fowler on Instagram for many years now and she has great videos for circuit and full-body various workouts via FunWithFit feed and has added Live classes check her page for all the details!
